Shipping Delivery Times

Ground shipping usually takes 3-10 business days. 

At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Delivery times do not include Sundays or Holidays.

Please note: once an order's status has been changed to ‘shipped’ it cannot be canceled under any circumstances

Salt offers a flat rate of $15.00 for all website purchases.  If you’re looking for something specific, please call us directly at (805) 560 - 6888. 

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Online Salt purchase, please call or email us within 7 days of receiving your order at (805) 560-6888 or e-mail with the reason for the return or exchange.

All returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the store tags still attached. Any item(s) with indication of wear or use will be returned to the customer.

Items marked ‘sale’ are not eligible for refund, exchange or online credit. If a final sale item is sent back without authorization, the item(s) will be returned at the cost of the recipient.

To return or exchange item(s), send purchases, insured for the full value of the item(s), with original packing receipt to:

The returned merchandise must be received by Salt within 7 days.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges, but items purchased online may be returned or exchanged in the boutiques if accompanied by the original packing receipt.

Upon receipt of properly returned online merchandise customers will receive a refund to the original purchaser's credit card or online credit. Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address associated with your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Salt. In-store returns are only available for store credit or exchange.
